When Will Demon Slayer Season 3 Be Released?




Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is something that only happens once in a lifetime. The shonen series has broken just about every sales record, whether we’re talking anime or manga. Right now, all eyes are on season two as its final episode will go live in just a few days. Of course, that means fans are curious about what the future of the show will look like, and season three might come a little later than we’d all like.

For those who are unaware, demon slayer returned to the heart of the matter last December with his take on the Mugen Train arc. It didn’t take long for things to ramp up with the Entertainment District arc as it is now ending season two. Before his return to television, demon slayer hit audiences with its first movie in October 2020, and the first season preceded it in April 2019.

With only two seasons under its belt, fans are having a hard time predicting when season three might go live. It all depends if the anime decides to make a movie. After all, that’s how the first season wrapped things up and the success of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Train is impossible to deny. The film is the highest-grossing in Japan to date, and Tanjiro helped it become the highest-grossing anime film in the world.

Considering the rave reviews of season two, fans are expecting a third season to be unveiled soon. If a movie is released online, fans can expect the feature to premiere at the very end of this year or in the spring of 2023. That would give season three a likely start in fall 2023. S ‘there is no movie set between seasons two and three, new episodes could debut in spring 2023, so fans are hoping for more after demon slayerthe next episode airs.
