Design, creation and distribution studio for HTML5 casino games based in the UK and Canada HungryBear Gaming signed historic agreement with NASDAQ-listed subsidiary Light & Wonder, Inc. Light & Wonder. Under the terms of the deal, the latter will integrate and distribute the provider’s pioneering multiplayer game, Slot Machine Masters. The game will be available on Light & Wonder’s expanded network of hundreds of global carriers.

The new slot game, which is a free title, has been integrated into the state of the art of Light & Wonder OPENGAMING Platform. This means that the three-player game that allows players to control their opponents’ score with a range of weapons used for attack and defense will gain further popularity by reaching a much wider audience.
CEO and Founder of HungryBear Gaming Justin Chamberlin called the new deal a “game changer” while expressing his joy at shaking hands with “one of the leading names” in the iGaming industry. Until now, the game was directly integrated with individual operators. Now, under the terms of the new agreement, Slot Masters will be available through the Light & Wonder platform, opening the door “to a huge range of global brands”. These brands will be able to integrate the existing multiplayer slot machine seamlessly while reaping the benefits of offering one of the most exciting games on the market.
So far a number of major brands including Jackpot Joy, RAINBOW RCHES CASINO, Virgin, Ladbrokes, Foxy Bingo and Megaways Casino have all embraced the game. When the game went live with the brands Foxy Bingo and Entain’s Ladbrokes, Chamberlain called it “a dream come true”.
Just three months after presenting its official launch tournaments to players, the game has managed to register a massive growth in popularity. Official statistics showed that the game has been played over 500,000 times while registering over 32 million spins. SlotMasters has therefore become an “essential part of operator offerings”, making the new distribution deal with Light & Wonder even more desirable for both parties.
Tailor-made advertising campaigns
The game will launch on several European carriers as well as carriers in other parts of the world in the coming weeks and months. A few brands will also launch a series of personalized television and online ad campaigns. To make the slot even more visible and easy to spot, operators will also integrate it into their homepage tabs.
HungryBear Gaming is also about to complete its first real-money alternative to “revolutionary” gaming, as defined by Light & Wonder’s VP of Game Development. Robert Proter.
