Meta-owned Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram services were restored on Wednesday after a brief outage that affected several users who reported the development, according to outage tracking website

This was the third outage of Meta-owned apps in the past 10 days.

On October 31, more than 3,000 users were affected after Instagram crashed worldwide.

“We are aware that some of you are having issues accessing your Instagram account. We are reviewing the matter and apologize for the inconvenience,” Instagram, owned by Meta Platforms Inc., said on its Twitter account on Monday. .

On October 25, Meta-owned WhatsApp services were restored after being hit by a massive outage as users in Pakistan and the rest of the world faced service disruptions.

WhatsApp service restored after major disruption had revealed multiple consumer complaints of the app.

A Meta spokesperson admitted that the services were down.

“We are aware that some people are having difficulty messaging right now and we are working to restore WhatsApp for everyone as quickly as possible,” the spokesperson said at the time.
