Chester: New business centre to open next month

The development is the first Basepoint business center in the North, located in Saltney.

The 38,000 square foot workspace will provide flexible, serviced and managed offices for local workers, allowing them to work closer to home and reduce travel.

The new business center will be managed by IWG and is expected to open in November.

The site offers more than 50 private offices, seven workshops, meeting rooms and parking.

Customers will also have access to IWG’s entire global network, including over 300 locations in the UK and 3,500 worldwide, allowing them to work from wherever is most convenient for them. .
