Adevinta’s mobile.de acquires Null-Leasing.com, a provider

Berlin and Oslo, 21 March 2022 Adevinta announces that mobile.de, Germany’s largest automotive marketplace, has today completed the acquisition of Null-Leasing.com, a provider of digital leasing services in Germany. The transaction allows mobile.de to expand its offering as it seeks to expand its existing range of products and services.

Founded in Hamburg in 2016, Null-Leasing.com is one of Germany’s fastest growing online car rental marketplaces for new and used vehicles. The acquisition of Null-Leasing.com expands mobile.de dealers’ access to clear and comprehensive leasing offers, enabling them to better market their vehicles in a variety of ways, from leasing and financing to cash sales.

In addition, the acquisition offers significant benefits to existing users of Null-Leasing.com, who can now take advantage of the largest selection of vehicles in Germany. The combination of mobile.de and Null-Leasing.com will also give dealers better access to “easy-to-manage” online leasing transactions, as well as additional mobility solutions such as Build-to-order vehicles.
