Addison Rae Flaunts Epic Abs Dancing In A Sports Bra On TikTok

Addison Rae made a name for herself doing all kinds of dances on TikTok, and now she’s going back to her roots. The 22-year-old just dropped a TikTok that really shows her in a dance studio in a strappy bra and sweatpants.

In the video, Addison can be seen rolling her body and showing off some seriously impressive moves as a dance instructor shouts commands in the background. Addison finishes things off on the court with a slew of extra moves that you know you’ll want to try and perfect at home. It’s also hard not to notice how incredibly toned her abs look in this sports bra. Shit, Addison!

This is the first dance video she’s released in a while. So, naturally, fans were thrilled about it. “Ok addison👀,” one wrote. “Yassss we missed your dance miss addison 👏🙌.” And the same.

When it comes to getting that super-toned core, Addison hasn’t really revealed a ton of details about her current workout routine with fans, but she has shared some behind-the-scenes snippets with fans to give some insight. of how she stays so fit.

Last year, celebrity-favorite gym Dogpound shared a video of Addison completely crushing a leg workout. In the video, Addison can be seen doing weighted leg lifts behind her (an excellent booty burner), followed by impressive slams with ropes. She followed that with jumping jacks with ropes and doggy leg raises with ankle weights. Pulses, leg circles, and leg extensions rounded out the session for an all-around workout that certainly didn’t overlook its booty.

Speaking of butt workouts… Addison shared a six-minute butt workout with Kourtney Kardashian for Poosh in 2020. The workout included 30 seconds of hydrants on each side, ass kicks and fire hydrant extensions. “It literally burns so badly but it feels so good,” Addison says in the video.

Addison is apparently also a fan of hot yoga – she was seen leaving a class in July with her impressive abs on full display. And it makes sense that if she’s a yogi, she also loves Pilates. Addison shared a clip of herself in a class in August doing thigh compressions with a ring between her knees.
